Clothing Last Orders.

I thought I'd get myself together and sort out something for the jerseys and shorts and stuff. So, if you'd like anything from Endura's fine range of clothing please form an orderly queue and make a list below of what you want and what size.  Or you can email me the details.
Not wanting to scare monger, but this will probally be the last time we do an order to Endura, so get it whilst it hot.

Hello anymore buff's going?

And a cap.

And I might take that small jersey off your hands if it's not gone already - the XS doesn't quite accomodate my washer woman's hips which seem to have expanded lately.

4004 Short Sleeve 3/4 zip (meejum M)

...I was a resident of Urmston for an odd period of my sweet existence. It was there that I discovered the ways of the Wine Lodge and Yates' Blob!!

and i thought you had some taste Pete. where was the yates? was it along the road next to the train tracks?
Nicky, don't washerwomen get their, ahem, reputation from elsewhere?
I do still have the small jerseys, but i've been wearing them(some people might like that) as i am the size of a small child.
would you like a fresh one? they have since introduced proper womens jerseys, the jerseys are proper not the women (that still doesn't sound right)but the jerseys are a womanly shape.

everyone else, thankyou, orders noted, if anyone else is still umming and arhing then hurry up, it'd be nice to have the stuff in time for the exposure 24hr.

Yep, The Lodge in the precint by the station. They were crazy times (absolutely not). I think Dr Shipman was still practicing nearby. I rented a big set of rooms from an old couple of actors. My motorbike was vandalised, and a couple would meet for illicit encounters in a van in the car park opposite. They were letting themselves down really. Was it the Irwell or Mersey? Either way it flowed by close to my lodgings and I would spend many a happy afternoon on its banks thinking, "Help I am in a fucked up suburban hinterland where only bad things can happen." I should have built a raft and escaped. I moved to a flat on the Castlefield edges of Trafford afterwards, on the Oldham Road nr Sainsburys. It was like an open prison. A gated community. The actor a'nd alcoholic who played Jim McDonald on 'The Street was my neighbour. A friendly chap with a penchant for take aways and four packs. I should've stayed put in Urmston. Things picked up after that and I moved in with some liberal minded types in Withington and we had many a good time. My motorbike was stolen. And our neighbour was brutally tortured for underworld miscreancies. Fire and pliers.
I am revisiting the city in a months time. Be on the look out for the Hulme Hards, for I am reliably informed by that they are a bunch of scallies.

Blah blah, beer talking blah.

Erm.....cap?

If there's enough interest in an overshoes order (there's a minimum IIRC), then I'll have a set of them.

If Endura are out of the picture, what's the plan for the future (if anything?)

VeloCake said...

Grant i didn't think there was a minimum for overshoes. They're not out of the picture as such, I'm sort of thinking I might have exhausted the retail potential of the "brand". (or i can't be arsed)

grant said...

Min order of 5 pairs....

http://www.endura.co.uk/Dept.aspx?dept_id=185

Have you thought about kneewarmers? I'd certainly take a set....

(Again, min order of 5 pairs.... :-( )

Nicky said...

No overshoes allowed.

grant said...

Nicky, is that bitterness because they don't do kids sizes?

:-)

VeloCake said...

grant what if i get them to do a one off pair in white for you?

grant said...

Nice idea but I doubt they'll go for it. ;-)

looks like a cap only for me. :-(

l/s jersey 3/4 medium, if it's not too late. No worries if I've been a nit.

Anonymous said...

Is it too late to put a request in?

VeloCake said...

maybe not, i can but ask. who are you and what would you like?

Steve said...

Ah, so I might not be a nit after all? Well you know, jumper-wise that is.

I am positively itching to belong and had almost given up hope. I still have hope. Tonight, at least until you dash my hopes Mikey, the world is a better place.
