News Updates.

Now you my be mistaken in thinking that nowt has been going on in VeloCake land lately, and it's all been quiet on the southwestern front.
Whilst I have been sitting around not doing much, the rest of you have been rocking it and flying the VC flags.
First up is my VC CX team mate John who came in unlucky for him in 13th place at the Soggy Bottom mtb race. Yes thats right mountain bikes, remember them!  The short hour long race was around the legendary Newnham Park in Plymouth, and included thousands of normal people trying to ride the singletrack.
Joolz Diamond snapped a few photographs here tash needs a triming
The biggest round of applause though must go to Grant.  Mr Abbreviations entered our first cross race over the border in the frozen north.

Grant ventured over to Dundee for round of the Scottish cyclocross series.  Despite having a half broken bike he fought his way through the mud and held on till the finish. I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for the official results to come through from Marty.

oooo hold the front page,  39th! well done Grant
